I thought you might be interested to see this. It illustrates how easily it is to get around subscription sites. In this example, one company is passing both client ID and password to ESS's Dr. Kanth. I don't think they realized they were also passing it to everyone else in the world. I googled it up a few minutes ago while trying to learn more about Dr. Kanth. It isn't a password to a county site, but just as easily could have been.
