At least that does limit what one can do with what they find- indexes without the docs and docs without the indexes are useless - it has no worth to have either or the other- But, all the chat I read on here is that the Texas clerks are giving away the info in the courthouses? Is that not actually the case-I might have been spoofed with all the online abuses that seem to be taking place in Texas. Which is something we have not had a problem with as of yet, but I am sure someone will point out the inevitability of the same occurring soon.
Oh, and I would never indicate you might be naive about the workings of your courthouse or clerks office as I have no working knowledge of that in anyway, just too inappropriate.
