Lisa: I guess I have not stated this correctly in my previous posts, but my business is not dependent on who has what documents or who has access to what files. The only thing that influences my work load is the interest rate structure that our FED desires to impose on us. I have been working with or for the online systems we have here since about 1990, and have developed a data base of title information that probably is unparalleled in this area. When I show others how it works they are all wishing they could do what I do.
I am glad First American is returning those kind of numbers, must be the leading edge of the incoming money before the tide returns to sea, you just need to know when to get out .
