Lisa: Your statements might be true for Texas, not the way it is done here- we have access to everything, nothing except criminal and details of the court cases, is left out. When I do a full title, it is "complete". It just looks like the systems Texas uses is a lot more convoluted and much harder to make an online system work-but I am sure someone will be able to make the necessary fixes to accomplish it sometime- then you will be sitting in your home and be able to get everything done.
