From the horse's mouth... I got an email from Susan today and responded back to her today as well. Our phones aren't turned off, we are using the auto attendant and the message has my voice on it. Now don't everyone call at once. I was a little under the weather when I changed the message, I really should go back and change it again. The numbers that Sheryl-GA will get you to the right people too. Ask for Linda, she is taking over for Ken's position.
