I didn't say they did a quality job. Only that they had access to your records and obviously they do. I'm not sure where you got the idea they have someone else do it for them. Maybe I even suggested that when I said they may have bought someone elses password.

As I said before, they may have bought the records in bulk either directly from the county or from someone who bought them in bulk. They may have accquired them when someone sent them a copy of records they bought in bulk to be indexed. No matter how you look at it, they are accessing your records and selling your records and your services. And of course they are getting someone else to do the work, SOMEONE else in INDIA.

By the way, did you find anything interested in their carreers section. Of course, you will have to move to India to qualify.
