thanks, steve. you succintly elaborated the situation very well. i cover several counties and some of them are major urban nightmares. long lines, difficult parking, poor quality machines. it's a great convenience, nearly a necessity to have the online option. not to mention gas at $3 + / gallon. i will bring up the online security issues you've touched on with my local counties, see what they say.
