Lisa: Are you saying that you have multiple places you have to go to in order to complete a case in Texas? If that is the case, then an on-line system would have to be able to incorporate all of these different offices  in one or two sites so you could get everything you needed to do the case-out here we usually have to access two different sites to get the tax/assessment info and another for the actual land records docs. Otherwise an on-line system would just not work out there if you can't get everything-what good does it do to get "part" of what you need.
