I did fill out their form with a  modification  

On the part of the "free test search" I circled it & wrote in that "I will NOT preform any free searches as I am too busy to do work for free, this clause in unacceptable" & signed my name under it. Also I did not put in anything under the references, I am not going to give out one of my clients to some company that is clearly not in this country.

Just because I filled out their signup package doesn't mean I am going to accept or complete work for them. I did it mainly to shut them up & I was getting tired of them calling me while I was trying to work asking me to fill it out. After hearing a claim on non-pay already I know I won't be.
