I know of this site etc and have run checks on his free index - to Dallas county which contain many errors and would result in no finds in some instances when there are documents there.  Of course, he, like all others, including the county clerks, have a disclaimer on his site.  Images that he offers are limited in what years he has and what counties he has and many of his images have problems with clarity for reading, etc. - poor quality.  It looks like he has purchased them from DataTrace, a subsidiary or division or something - lol, of First American.  His title plant is known as a thin title plant - i.e., not one that guarantees full information of anything.
