One thing that I think everyone should think about on this forum is - we shouldn't have to ask what the other is doing in a situation like this.  There should be no question as to whether or not we charge for going back and getting copies and it really should be for each order not each county - that was a personal break I gave this one client but obviously it didn't pay off so why would I think about doing it again.  We price our services according to what the order is and I think most of us even charge more if we have to obtain more copies than just the deed in any current owner search just for the very time consuming feat of getting it scanned and sent or faxed out.
