I am not going to get into a discussion on a public forum about my company's practices and standards. I do not feel it is appropriate to discuss this with the general audience.

I have always had an open door policy with my vendors, and welcome any feedback they may have. As always, any existing vendor, or for that matter, a potential vendor, may contact me for a one on one conversation.

After reading the initial posting, I knew responding would be venturing into "the belly of the beast", so to speak. Especially working for a large vendor management firm such as ours. But if I see a vendor that does work for us has concerns, I want them to have the opportunity to let me know what they are.
