This sounds just like a Title Company located in Akron, OH with initials OR.  They owe us $942 from 5/05 till 5/06, they called our Attorney stating that they will only pay for $365.  So Our attorney wants to sued them.  But we have to drive to Akron, Oh which is 5 hours 1 way from Avon, IN. This will be a two days trip. 

Is very sad that Big title companies like this are doing this.  The last option we will be takem,  is to send a letter to the borrower who the search was completed and provide them with the name of the Vendor Manager, the Company they did the closing, stating that they have not yet paid for the search and a mechanic lien will be issued against their house if payment is not rcvd..
