Well, guess I'll be the bad guy to you here....GAC merged w/ILS to become Fiserv. I have done work for both companies for several years and frankly never have had a significant problem w/either. I recently reduced my 1 owner fee for GAC by $4 and they have since sent me much more work, as promised, making up for the difference. The others, 2,3 owners, fulls, recordings, haven't changed. On the GAC side, I have been paid for additional copies. (I include vesting deed in my fee). If I have a property that requires more work; family owned, etc., a 1 owner that turns into a full, I have been paid accordingly. It just took a phone call and sometimes when in a hurry, just a note on my search. I do have one matter that needs to be cleared up w/the ILS side; if it isn't and will effect any of you, I will let you know.
Many title requests I get, from multiple companies, seem to be on the Gators thing. I have no clue about Gators except I know I'll automatically be paid. I know when I run my Spybots, Gators is deleted. If you wish to enlighten me, please email me. I'd appreciate it.
