While we're on the subject of copy fees, I was having a discussion with one county Recorder of Deeds who had just returned from the Pennsylvania Recorders of Deeds Association Conference.  She informs me that in the near future, all 67 counties will be charging state sales tax on copies.  Apparently, the law has been on the books for some time and only now has the state decided to start enforcing it.

Let's all keep right on pulling that Democrat lever!
