More than likely I will eat the costs on these specific copies. I felt since these people owed almost $14,000 in taxes (and by next year will go into tax foreclosure) that copies were necessary. I would have appreciated this customer calling me after receiving the search and politely telling me they didn't need the copies. However it is two months down the road and now they want to haggle with me. I see these as a lien and have seen smaller federal tax liens. Just my opinion - thanks!
