Robert, that is nothing, they called me and stated that their abstractor are doing their search in Indiana at $30 provide them with the copy at no charge.  If I want to keep getting orders from them, I have to lower my fees at $30 and free copies.  I just laughed and hang up at them.  Dont waste my time I stated.
