I most states that I am aware of, taxes are always a lien & take precident over all other liens.  I would always show taxes.  I am also from the old school where we always sent copies of liens.  It never used to be a problem with clients but now there are some that won't pay for them.  If we find numerous liens on a report that the client did not ask for copies, I will call them & ask if they want copies.  If there are only one or two & usually send them & eat the cost.  Just the way I do business.
