Well Glenda I guess it depends on what your fee is.  That could be the reason you were never asked to lower and anytime one pays to accept work is not good - you never know someone could go lower and then you are asked to lower your fee.  Like before, I say abstractors should go direct to lenders - especially if you can put in place enough abstractors to cover the entire state.
