Oh, Oh Judy, I think I know this man - got an order from him last week and it also said the same thing - except for copy fees because he knows ours.  He said I normally pay 25-30 for independent abstractors plus 1.00 pp.  He is an abstractor company - get real!  Also, he called me sometime ago and asked me how I get business!?!  I kindly stated that I don't do my main county for that amount and you are wanting me to do this in an outer county - one order - that wouldn't pay for the gas and stated my amount on the fax I received and sent it back.  There are VMC getting away with it so I'm sure he thought he should too!
