For some documents I really don't see a problem.  IRS liens don't come with an original signature, just a rubber stamped one.  Bureau of Employment liens and Workers Comp liens have no signatures.  Neither do  the continuations or releases of the above.
I'm meeting with our Recorder next week about the program and I'd just like to hear from someone that is already dealing with this.
I'm not crazy about electronic signatures, so I'm quite uncomfortable about any e-filing of documents of voluntary conveyance of interest.
