Signatures? Who needs them? Where is your trust in your fellow man? No one would lie or manipulate the system. By the way, is there anyone who can draw me up a deed for a parcel I found? No one is living there so it's not gonna hurt anyone if I just aquire it for myself. Must be able to e-file the deed, I cannot sign because I am currently in lock down in my local prison.
