Scott's approach is something we all should employ- It does give us an added bit of insurance or protection with rights of recourse in the event of some kind of payment break down. I would like to see the content of his agreement sans the particular details of his company, maybe he will send me a copy- just a subtle hint , Scott, if not, that's OK too.
As far as this request, I would wait until 3:01 and fax it back indicating you charge an "annoying fee" for faxes received at a time other than normal working hours-but wait til after the 3:00 deadline at least to turn them down. Another one to have fun with I think.
