The problem here is you are assuming they have
E & O, Some of the very same people who
list their business on SOT are cutting their fees
and cutting our throats as well as their own.
They will have to remember that there will be
someone after their clients just like they
were after ours. So next week their fee may be $15.00
for a current owner report.
