Source of Title Forums: Re: Couldn't believe my ears...do you?

This bill would seem to be even more stringent than the Naltea test for abstractor certification. Is Naltea prepared to accept it and similar tests such as bar exams for attorneys as the equivalent of the Naltea certification for abstractors?
