Thanks George and everybody.  I was venting, did have a client in mind and did eventually send a toned down version.  No reply as of yet.  I will probably not see another order anytime soon.

I especially appreciate the 'lighten up' note.  I am guilty myself.  I think of what this industry has become and it just makes my blood boil - but not today!  Thanks.
