Greeetings,

I incorporate a copy cost into all my fees because they barely want to pay what they are asking.

I have gotten calls from them every year to reduce my fees and it has gotten ridiculous!

These large corporations have gotten themselves into a position where their overhead now meets their profit and they have no other choice but to ask their searchers to lower the fees.

Contractors are scrambling to figure out how not to lay anyone off so that they can keep their high salary jobs, for they live in metro surburbia USA where everything costs more and they do not want to change their lifestyle!

I don't know if they are aware that gasoline costs $3.00 a gallon and that searchers are already on the losing end.

I am sorry I got started because I could go on for hours!

Take care and stand by your fees!

RM
