Isn't this the same company that a few months ago required their abstractors to reduce their fees by 3% or suffer a 6 month denial of work assignments? Was this new 10% fee reduction in addition to the prior 3%reduction imposed? Do they want their copying expenses included in the reduced price? Sounds like a tough way to make a buck... a lot of nickle and dime nonsense in which the abstractor winds up as the loser.
