I've worked with this client for many years.  I have never experienced a payment issue.  I bill net 30 (they pay 45-60), but I consider any company that pays within 60 to be a good paying client, especially if it is paid consistently

Recently they went on a price reduction campaign, starting, of course with us (the abstractor)....("could you reduce your fee by 10% across the board" + round down (meaning if the reduced fee was $23.92 then it would be rounded to $23 not $24, "and you become our primary".....well I thought I already was your primary, or so I have been told for 6 years).

So to help you out, they are looking for the lower price 1st.
