By way of clarification, I guess I should have said that a "file" consists of one or more recordings for the same property, whether it be simply a deed or deed & mortgage, mortgages, etc.  Thus we only charge one fee per file, regardless of the number of filings/recordings involved.

We include a post-paid return envelope at no additional cost as part of the trip fee.
