Their order sheets state we do not pay for copy costs but they do request copies.  You need to figure it into your search fee.  Some you win and some you lose but it all balances out in the end.
And I have never had a payment problem.  They are about 45-60 days out I think.  I just got a check Wed for April and May searches.  But all fees are correct and they didnt miss any orders they needed to pay for.
