We charge one fee per file/per trip.  We make EVERY REASONABLE EFFORT to ensure that the docs get recorded, but WILL NOT alter documents under any circumstances.

If recording fees are short, we charge a small convenience fee if the client wants us to make up the shortage.  Any file which is rejected for any reason whatsoever is charged our minimum trip fee, and an additional fee when the corrected file is again presented for recording.

Regards,
Scott L. Perry, President
