If I had a dime for every Cert of prep that I've had to edit I'd be a very rich man.I spend so much time correcting recordings it is insane!. One of my clients said today, "no one" in the industry charges a seperate fee for each instrument or trip fees on rejected documents. I wanted to make sure I wasn't off base, as far as I've known,I've been doing my recordings to the industry standard. Of course this situation arose after my refusal to record more documents with a past due from April..hmmm....

Thank you so much for the feedback. It sickens me that some companies think that multiple trips that involve long treasury and recorders lines should be provided at no additional charge. This takes time and alot of gas if you travel as much as I do. It really does add up after a while.

I had to vent.

Thank you.
Matt
