My husband, being a former press operator, recently reminded me that when a pink highlighter is used on documents, it appears as being deleted, or darkened, so it doesn't show up on scanned documents.  He says a dark blue highlighter will also work, but that the pink is best.  Maybe our mortgage closers should start highlighting signatures and socials.  Just a thought.
