Certain collection agencies will sue the debt Mr. Ahern. I did title work for a collection agency here in Cleveland and they sued any balance over $500.00. Their collectors had a minimum suit goal every month they had to meet as part of their bonus. Aside from hitting their D&B report, a collection account on your company credit and a judgment to boot may be enough incentive to pay.
