I think one thing that you are all overlooking is the fact that this is a lien against a condo developer. The lien was filed against the whole condo, including the subject unit. This would also include the common areas of the condo which the unit owner would also have an interest in. So even if the lien did not apply directly to the unit, it affects the unit in that it applies the common elements of the development. It is common practice here to run the condominium name for liens and judgments right up to the current day.
