I'm not going to even try to give you the breakdown, I don't want to be accused of practicing witchcraft... I mean practicing law.. =) Another interesting tidbit with those pesky mechanic's liens down there, is some verbage that claims the lien can auto attach to all his assets... if filed before conveyance. If this is a Condo... the prior owner needs to get this handled quickly...
