Source of Title Forums: Ponder this.

About two years ago I asked myself this question after I got my loan officer's license.

What if Fannie Mae started servicing loans?

What if NextHome listed and sold a house for $199.00?

Do you think the MBA (mortgage brokers assoc.) and the NAR (National Assoc. of Realtors) would pitch a fit?

Maybe outsourcing and online data would become an issue then.

Just food for thought because they are next in line wether they like it or not.
