Loretta: Please expose this unscrupulous title company so that others will not be in a position to be mistreated but them ever again. And if they took your titles and settled on the cases after the fact of stopping payment, then they might be in  violation of RESPA section 8 and subject to the $7000-10k fines for each case-that might light a fire underneath their respective hind ends!!
It is a sad thing that companies have to steal or embezzle from the underdogs to get their caviar served on silver platters with gold spoons.
