George, I have no clue as to fileshares. I am technically challenged. However, I am going to scan and email to you. I will also send the last vesting deed of record - no legal- just address, prior deed and recent chain of title. To me, this is a bewildering document and perhaps when you and Robert see it, you can interpert it all. Keep in mind, the property's FMV is only $74,500.00. I for one, cannot stand to not know I am talking about but then attorney's here don't even know what it is. As an abstractor, I just report what I find but it drives me crazy when I don't understand a conveyance. This shows that even experienced abstractors continue to learn and run into new issues . You guys, your input is greatly appreciated. I look forward to hearing your opinions. Thanks!
