Robert has a great point there about a blanket type mortgage. I have seen them with many investors. Unfortunately accompanied with 2 dozen partial releases that soak up the rest of your afternoon figuring out. I am fully digitized unfrotunately so I don't have a fax machine to speak of. If you could scan it an email me I would love to look at it. Since I do not know the GA statutes it would be improper of me to give you any opinion of title about the document, but I'm certainly willing to throw some ideas about it. If you want to throw it up on a fileshare server we can all take a good look at it and give our two cents. You can try a website like fileshare or something like that.
