Here I am... David, Quinton (the adored grandson) and I have been off hugging Redwood trees up in Humbolt county.

Yes it was me who warned about this on line course being discussed. I truly learned the hard way that it was a waste of my time and money.  

I have nothing against Stephen... he was very nice but the course when I took it was too general and simplistic. We have never heard from Stephan on this forum and that puzzles me. If his course is that good why does he speak up? I have a copy of his book... yeah I know that was pretty dumb also.  The book at that time was a repeat everything he "taught" on line.

Unless this course has been drastically changed I would not recommend taking it and running out to work as an abstractor. It is not enough... my advise is find someone with a lot of experience who will mentor you for several months.
