Actual quote from the testimonials page of the website:
"I went to a Abstractor Message board and posted a question to the members on what would be the best way to learn how to become a title abstractor. They posted numerous times the best way is go to a title company and let them take you under their wing and train you. What a JOKE! this will not happen and these abstractors know it. They just dont want you in the business. So they downplay this online course to keep new people from entering the business. I took the online course and Mr. Stephen walked me through the whole procedure. I must have called him 50 times but he answered every question that I had until I felt comfortable with the process. He even put me in touch with a couple clients that I now work for FULL TIME. This is no way near as hard as they portray it to be. So if you want to learn how to become a title searcher then start with this course. It works."

I'd like to see how "Elizabeth H." would deal with the issues that I've encountered with some of the searches that I've worked on (inaccurate legal descriptions, breaks in chain, parcel splits, life estates, etc.) and see if she still thinks it's that easy.
By the way, if it's as easy as she claims, why did she have to call "Mr. Stephen" 50 times?
