This forum is a microcosim of the US. There are varying beliefs from all sides of the fence. No one is to say my beliefs are any more right than that of Mr. Ahern's or anyone else for that matter. Instead of burying your head in the sand, I would invite you to tell us your opinion, your feelings or your stance on this subject. Why would you consider some of the posts here racsism? (sp) No one here wants concentration camps back. No one enjoys death and destruction. We simply have two beliefs, one in peace through force, the other in peace through diplomacy.
This is the real world and sometimes people make each other mad with their opinions, it's not to say those people are inherently evil, they are simply a product of their upbringing or personal experiences.
Leaving the board entirely due to one thread subject is rather harsh considering the benefit this board brings to so many title professionals across the US. This is one of the only countries in the world where this kind of debate and speech can go on, it should be cherished for what it is... freedom. It's your right to be disgusted with the views, and be appalled by the content. Without varying views, this country would be under a regime. It's the foundation of who we are. We have to debate each other and some of us have extremist views.
Believe it or not, I have taken away some view good points of view from this debate and perhaphs softened my stance somewhat, so please don't associate this forum as a breeding ground for hatred.
If I have offened, which I'm sure I have, I am sorry, but my feelings are based from my experiences in the Gulf in 93-94. We took it upon ourselves to ask the moderator to make us a new thread subject for political posts as to not offend people searching for title related info. I won't post anything more about politics until a politics suject is included. Again, I apologize for offending you, but don't leave the board because of a point of view that offends you.
