Since this forum is 99.9% title abstractors, you may want to address your question on the boards for signing agents, such as notary rotary, gomobilenotary, or 123notary.

If you question is regarding obtaining abstract work from notary signing services, these companies do not get contracts from the lenders and title insurance companies for abstract work - only to find an independent contractor for the document signing portion of the mortgage loan, not the title abstract or recording.
