That topic would have been a great addition to Title Camp, Jay.  I agree about the lack of d/t after just a few years, it should be a red flag and always deserves a devoted look.  The fine man who taught me how to search used to look at these exhaustively and when nothing appeared, would say, "We're just going to have to face the fact that there's someone out there with more money than us" :o)
