I received this letter from CRS yesterday.  I don't know if it will help or not.   If they are only able to communicate via email then how did this fax come over?  I have never held orders before, but after reading everyone's post I have starting doing that.  They even sent order's over yesterday.  I'm not able to cut and paste the letter from my desktop, but here is what it said.

Due to continued complications from the severe storm last week, our Buffalo Office is still closed and will remain closed until power has been restored.  At this time we are only able to communicate via email.   We would like to ask at this point in time if you are unable to fax your work to us that you hold onto the completed work until further notice.  You may still receive work from us and we ask that you still complete it.  However, we ask that you hold on to this work until fax capabilities are restored.  You will be contacted promptly once power is restored.

VERY IMPORTANT-If you have completed Current Owner Searches and Deed Info Searches, please fax those to 631-979-1042, all other work can be held until our fax lines are active again, if you do not have email capabilities
