You are right, Robert. Until you have experienced law school...you cannot begin to imagine the amount of sacrifice. They do not understand what you and I are talking about.
Have you taken your course in future interests yet? Pay particular attention to the Rule Against Perpetuities. If you intend to use the law degree to advance your title work, this is a very useful and valuable course...also for probate work. It is extremely difficult to understand while in class, but it all falls into place by the time of the exam
