Thanks Kevin. The situation I am dealing with is when there are foreclosures classified as "in Personam" which usually are on a different property address. Based on what you explained then how would a foreclosure that is in Personam attach to my subject property being searched? I can understand in Rem would attach but why would in Personam. Or is it that it really has nothing to do with the property but is a personal lien at that point and the lender would definately want to know about it and therefore needs to be reported?
