That is great to hear, Patricia, I have worked for you for several years and really had no problems until the last 6-8 months, I guess.  There aren't many of us that can do your searches properly - they tend to be lengthy, complicated and copy 'heavy"; so we end up spending a lot more time and money up front than we usually do.
